CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Booking Terms: • A valid card is required to book all appointments. • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. • Please arrive on time and come alone (no extra guests or children). • We do not accept walk-ins. Cancellations & Late Policy: • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and considered a late cancellation.
